Maintenance
For smaller quantities per location:
THE MOVERS are sent to the SoFlow service station at regular intervals and are serviced and returned within 48 hours.
For larger quantities per location:
THE MOVERS are serviced on site by SoFlow mechanics. For large quantities and with appropriately trained personnel, the maintenance specialists at the customer's site can also be trained by SoFlow.
Warranty
SoFlow grants a 1-year guarantee on the main components. This excludes all wearing parts. Details of the warranty can be found in the user manual or can be requested from SoFlow.
